LEAD CERTIFIED
This link below is very important for all renovation work done on any buildings, residential or commercial that have children under the age of 6 or are used as daycare centers or other like uses.
The lead certification program took affect April 22, 2010 and requires all companies doing renovation work on residential,childcare and school buildings built prior to 1978 to have a certified renovator employed and the firm also needs to be certified by the EPA.
