This project included a complete foundation and addition to the kitchen.

 Foundation

The foundation included 24 piers, drilled 15 feet.

Interior & Addition

I installed a warm floor under the tile floor. The floor is mexican pavers with detail tiles. The windows came from 4th Street Door and Window. The lighting is Rejuvenation Hardware. There are Velux skylights in the bedroom and dining room and a Solartube in the second bedroom.
