What started as an old warehouse of General Tires and before Prevention Institute bought it was a Party Warehouse has been transformed into 15000 square feet of office space. The entire top floor is for Prevention Institute. The greatest part of this project was incorporating huge moment frames for seismic upgrades to using recycled windows in the office dividing walls. The floors are refinished cedar. The windows are all double glazed low E replaced in the original commercial steel frames.

The library has 2 sliding doors that were from an old barn. Rufus, who is an artist and builder,  made them work for this application. 

 There is a full kitchen, meeting rooms, offices and a large conference area. Skylights help naturally light the conference area and kitchen.
