My services include the finding and co-ordination of all of the right people, sub-contractors, materials, and inspections. I have a very good list of tried and true sub-contractors and materials suppliers for any phase of a project. This list also includes great architects and structural, soils, electrical and heating engineers to help with the planning stages.

I have a great working relationship with the local building, planning and zoning departments.

We do foundation work and seismic retrofit work. I have  experience in every facet of residential remodel and commercial tenant improvements.
